Behaviour Management for Community Workers


Has the behaviour of a consumer ever made you or a team member feel vulnerable? This course explores some of the probable triggers that may escalate variables in the consumer's behaviour and how to keep you and your team safe. This course also helps workers understand workplace expectations related to risk, hazards and reporting.
