6. Outline workplace measures to prevent pests entering food premises, identify and report indicators of pest presence.
7. Explain legislation and standards relating to handling and storing food and items used in food handling areas.
8. Identify procedures for food disposal.
9. Know how to report and document practices which are not consistent with the food safety program and take corrective action.
